As I age I begin to wonder about my photography skills/reflexes and how much longer will I be able to continue…so far so good or so I like to think.
Shooting (photographing) Peregrines is in a league of its own compared to other birds.
Mach speed passes definitely provide a challenge and has always been an adrenaline rush over the years.
Would have been spotted by this Great Horned Owl long before I spotted him/her.
Little unnerving when you suddenly have a pair of Big Yellow Eyes staring at you…pretty much stops you dead in your tracks.
Owl was properly thinking…what are you doing here and how can I help you.
Recent trip up North along the shores of Lake Winnipeg provided some Eagle Action. Seeing that its only mid Sept I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Now looking forward to mid-October onwards for a higher concentration of pre migrating birds.
Will have to wait and see how things unfold.
