Had almost given up hope before a family of Great Horned Owls was located.
Being a late find this youngster is now well advanced and has the flying and landing down to a science.

Time to Introduce Ella
Introductions are in order…time for you to meet Ella the new lady in town.
She’s from the Brandon hatch 2015 and has showed up in West Wpg to claim the site. It hasn’t been that simple as Faith the resident female from last year has return to visit. Even after a fight in the nest box Ella has stood her ground. Ella and Ty appear to be a good match…so fingers crossed that they will have a successful season.
Faith has gone on to replace Joli (died last year as you may remember) and is with Hart at the Logan site. Here again the fingers are crossed that they will do well…time will tell.
