Visit to one of the Great Horned Owl sites finds an owlet enjoying the morning sun. This is one of three at this location.
They are now very mobile and you just never know where you will locate them from one day to the next.

Happiness is Just Hanging Out
Late day visit finds Mr & Mrs Eagle just hanging out together at home. I think she was communicating to him that she was hungry and wanted a snack.
Or perhaps that the kids wanted a snack ?
It’s been confirmed that there are two young in the nest with a little movement seen.
Peregrine in Action
There was a need to visit the West Wpg site for some camera adjustments. Since there were eggs in the nest box it was mere seconds before Ella was airborne and defending the site.
With the camera now realigned we’ll be able to see when we have our first hatch here.
