Not every day provides the perfect conditions but deal with what you have.
When I started out under clear skies it soon changed to overcast.
Even owling in overcast skies is better than a trip to Costco…just sayin

Not a big fan of pole perched owls…but you take what Mother Nature gives you.
Few more reports coming in on owls being spotted…some will be just moving through and some will stay.

After hearing reports of Snowy Owl returns…I was pawing the ground to hit the back roads.

It’s not a jaw dropping photo but rather just documentation for my data base…but now able to say I seen my “First Snowy”
