Once the Snowy had completed his warm-up Jumping Jacks…he was cleared for take –off.
Sometimes the stars align and just being in the right place at the right time makes the day all worthwhile.

Everyone knows that you should do some warm ups before getting down to any strenuous exercising. Appears warm ups are also done by Snowy Owls…as this one starts out with some Jumping Jacks.

So far it’s been a very unusual winter and we here in Winterpeg have above normal temps…which means Owling without gloves and frozen fingers.
The search continues for our Winter Owls like this one along with the Great Grays and Hawk Owls…which so far seems to be hit-n-miss.
