Great Gray takes to flight and on his way to another perch for perhaps a better vantage point for a meal.

Things finally fell into place and I put the wheels in motion and headed 2 hrs North for a day of owling. The year has started slow, and now appears to be picking up.
A good day owling can only be determined by how long it takes for your fingers to thaw out.
