She was a little off key but I still enjoyed the song…lol

There are certain trees at Hecla that seem to draw the Eagles, like the dead tree this Eagle was perched in…last year the same tree was used and I wonder how long the owner will leave the tree or how long it will last.

The day was less than kind soon after we arrived at Hecla, dull overcast skies moved in and the winds picked up. Change in conditions appeared to drive the Eagles farther away from the shore and into the bush.
This pair perched side by side for some time…I would assume by size that they would be an adult male and a juvenile female.
