You take what your given…not every outing can be action packed with owls.
So when the action is slow you turn your focus on other birds that can be found in the Boreal Forest.
One such bird would be Canada’s Official Bird…known as the Canada Jay, Gray Jay and Whisky Jack.
Have also heard it referred to as the “Camp Robber”..since it will come right in and take food from table as you sit and eat.
