During these troubling times I thought I would try and do my part. I had offered FREE Rent of our small guest house at our summer place.
It’s a small one room structure situated in the bush with a great view.
The new occupants seem very chatty and we enjoy listening to them throughout the day.
Everyone needs a reward after putting in a good day’s work…since I’m a early riser and still much too early to fire up the chainsaw I checked out the action at the local Osprey location.
For which I’m sure the neighbors appreciated.
Well the summer place has been opened up…on arrival we found that a lot of bush/trees had been brought down due to wet heavy snow last fall. This was a first and it was time to play lumber jack and bring out the chainsaw.
This task went easier than I thought and the next morning I was able to sneak away early to have the first check of the Osprey nearby.
They didn’t disappoint me as the male was actively come and going from the nest providing lots of action…hopefully it’s going to be a good year for them.
