For those of you who don\u2019t live in Winnipeg\/Manitoba\u2026we\u2019ve been hit with I think both a Colorado Low &#038; a Alberta Clipper at the same time over the last 24 hours.<br \/>\nWe now have Winter Wonderland here\u2026welcome to Winterpeg.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway\u2026Tuesday had been the Eagle Trip North\u2026with ideal conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Frist Eagle encounter was a few kilometers North of Gimli. Eagles are scavengers by nature\u2026finding two along with Crows and Ravens picking over some recent road kill along the highway isn\u2019t uncommon.<br \/>\nPerhaps this was a sign of good things to come as we traveled farther North up to Lake Winnipeg.<\/p>\n<p>I think with this snowfall the window is now closed for any more trips North for Eagles\u2026just sayin !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As previously mentioned in the last communication\u2026keeping an eye on the weather was important.
