She was found near the Logan site after getting herself into a jam that she could get out of. Thankfully no injuries and only dehydrated. She spent a couple of days at Wildlife Haven and given a clean bill of health and ready to be released.<br \/>\nOver the years everyone became very attached to Princess and this release was a roller coaster of emotions.<br \/>\nHaving her in hand and up-close and personal will stick with me forever\u2026with a second chance she is back in Manitoba Air Space.<\/p>\n<p>She hatched in Minneapolis in 2002 and came to Winnipeg 2004 then paired up with Trey<br \/>\nResident female at the Radisson Hotel for 15 years and had 4 different mates.<br \/>\nShe was last seen at the Radisson at the end of the 2018 season. When she didn\u2019t return in 2019 we assumed she had died given her age.<br \/>\nI\u2019m sure everyone can imagine our surprise and joy when we received the news that 39\/B (Princess) would make a full recovery and be released.<\/p>\n<p>Mother Nature is just Full of Surprises.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our longtime resident female Princess returned to Winnipeg.
