Being on a residential street I was able to hit the brakes and the 4-way flashers at the same time\u2026grabbed the binoculars that live under the seat and had a look-see.<\/p>\n<p>Surprise, Surprise another Owl\u2026much smaller than a Great Gray for sure. These owls are definitely The Masters when it comes to Camouflage.<br \/>\nThe Eastern Screech-Owl had found a comfortable place to roost for the day in this large cavity\u2026appears it may have been a One Day Wonder and haven\u2019t seen it for a couple days.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe time to go and do some cavity searching since it\u2019s likely still in the area\u2026just sayin !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>While on route running an errand and glancing at the boulevard trees as driving something caught my eye which seemed a bit off.
